About Rachel

Rachel Ivey joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2024 as an Accounting Assistant in the Buda office. While she is newer to the roofing industry, she brings a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and data accuracy that supports the financial side of daily operations.

Rachel’s background includes experience in customer service and data entry, where attention to detail and consistency were essential. In her current role, she applies those same skills to help ensure invoices, payments, and internal processes are handled correctly and efficiently. She understands that even small details matter when it comes to keeping projects and accounts on track.

Her main area of expertise is following systems and maintaining accuracy. She takes pride in working within established processes while also staying organized and responsive to team and customer needs. If something needs to be verified or clarified, she makes sure it gets handled the right way.
