Twin Oaks Properties

This was a large commercial roofing project that took the better part of 2006 to complete. Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal performed complete tear-offs across 30 warehouse and office buildings, with some of the existing roof assemblies measuring more than 18 inches thick.

Each property was brought up to code before installation of a durable 4-ply built-up roofing system with a modified bitumen cap sheet. The project also included new 24-gauge gutters and downspouts across the property.

Covering approximately 300,000 square feet in total, the completed roofing systems have provided Twin Oaks Properties with many years of dependable protection across its Austin commercial buildings.
