This was an aged structural metal roof that had begun rusting in many places causing numerous leaks through the facility. We proposed a retrofit solution due to the sensitive nature of the equipment under roof and the extreme potential cost of any loss of operation. The project required us to fabricate several custom flashings to account for the unusual roof top equipment necessary to operate unique business.
