Raiders Pass Apartments

This was a job for our client American Campus Properties, one of the largest college student housing companies in the country. It was unique in that it allowed me to work with my brother who owns Hartman Roofing Lubbock. The property originally had a 3-tab composition shingle and we upgraded to the GAF Timberline architectural shingle which is much better suited for the high winds that are common to the Lubbock area.
