Courtyard Tennis & Swim Club

The Courtyard Tennis & Swim Club was experiencing numerous leaks caused by an aging screw-down metal roofing system. One area of the roof had become a particular problem because a significant amount of water was ponding instead of properly draining from the roof surface.

To correct the drainage issue, Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal constructed a tapered roof system that created positive drainage and eliminated the area where water had been collecting. Our crews also addressed numerous details throughout the existing metal roof before applying the restorative coating system.

The completed GAF Roof Mate Elastomeric Coating System gave the facility a long-term solution without requiring a complete roof replacement. The restored system was backed by a 10 Year Liquid-Applied Diamond Pledge warranty and provided the property with improved protection against future leaks.
