Buda Grain & Mill

Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal worked closely with the owners through a design-build process that was completed over several phases. Because of the size and character of the property, the project called for multiple roofing and wall-cladding systems rather than a single material across the entire site.

The work included Sheffield 24-gauge standing seam panels, corrugated wall panels, R-panel metal panels, and a GAF 60 Mil TPO roofing system. Dark Bronze and Galvalume finishes were used throughout the project to create a cohesive appearance while still complementing the property’s original industrial character.

The completed work transformed the look of this historic Buda property. The difference is especially noticeable in the before-and-after views, where the combination of new roofing and metal wall systems gave the buildings an entirely updated appearance while retaining the distinctive feel of the site.
