Alexander Trust Building

This was a 7 story Historical building in downtown Abilene. We had to set a crane to load the materials and staging was challenging as well due the multiple tenants that occupied the building. As we installed the necessary insulation to meet the R-30 code upgrades, we went through over 100 drill bits due to the hardness of the concrete deck. The coping tiles were another challenge to locate as they were over 100 years old. We found them though and they put the crowning touch on this beautifully restored landmark.
