About Wendy
Wendy Wooten joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2022 and brings 15 years of leadership and operational experience to the Buda office as Production Manager. She spent 13 years managing a movie theatre, where she learned how to coordinate teams, manage fast paced schedules, and deliver consistent customer service under pressure. After a short time as a stay at home mom, she reentered the workforce as an administrative assistant at a roofing company, which is where she discovered her passion for the roofing industry and production management.
Today, Wendy oversees job production, ensuring projects move efficiently from scheduling to completion. She coordinates crews, materials, inspections, and timelines so that every roofing project stays organized and on track. Production is where planning meets execution, and Wendy takes that responsibility seriously. She understands that homeowners and property owners depend on clear communication and dependable scheduling, especially during major projects like roof replacements.
Wendy holds GAF Master Elite and CertainTeed Shingle Wizard certifications, along with OSHA 10 certification. These credentials reflect her knowledge of manufacturer standards and job site safety requirements. She is committed to making sure every project follows proper installation guidelines and meets the high standards Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal is known for.
Her primary area of expertise is job production and coordination. She thrives on keeping moving parts aligned and ensuring that each phase of the project runs smoothly. If there is a challenge to solve, she approaches it with organization, focus, and attention to detail.
