Thomas Alden joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2021 and brings nearly two decades of roofing industry experience to homeowners and property owners across Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and Austin. His background combines hands-on field knowledge with strong technical estimating skills, giving customers a clear understanding of what their roofing project requires from the very beginning.
Before joining Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal, Thomas served as a Production Manager and Quality Control Supervisor at Alden Roofing & Renovations. In that role, he oversaw project scheduling, installation standards, and final inspections, ensuring every roof met strict quality expectations before completion. That experience allows him to approach estimating with a practical mindset, knowing exactly how roofing systems should be installed and what it takes to deliver a job done right.
Thomas holds OSHA Safety Certification and has specialized training in Xactimate insurance supplementation, which helps when storm damage or insurance claims are involved. He understands how to document roofing issues properly and communicate the necessary repairs or replacements clearly for both property owners and insurance providers.
His primary area of expertise is composition shingle and metal roofing systems. Whether evaluating storm damage, estimating a full roof replacement, or helping a homeowner choose the right materials, Thomas focuses on accuracy and long-term performance.
