About Ralph
Ralph Nevarez joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2023 and brings more than 22 years of experience in the exterior construction industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed a strong background in both residential and commercial roofing, along with other exterior systems that protect and enhance properties.
Before joining Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal, Ralph served as the General Manager of a home improvement company specializing in exterior construction. In that role, he oversaw projects involving roofing, exterior coatings, siding, windows, and patio covers. Managing those projects gave him a broad understanding of how different exterior systems work together to protect a building and maintain long-term value.
Ralph is a Licensed General Contractor and also holds a license as a life insurance agent. While those roles may seem different on the surface, they share something important in common. Both require trust, clear communication, and a strong commitment to serving people honestly.
His primary area of expertise is roofing for both residential and commercial properties. He works with homeowners and property managers to evaluate roof conditions, explain available options, and recommend solutions that make sense for the long term. Ralph understands that a roof is one of the most important investments a property owner will make, and he takes that responsibility seriously.
