Nikki, born in Ft. Worth and raised in South Texas served in the Army as a truck driver in Korea and Colorado. While serving in the military I learned how to be disciplined and how to take pride in working hard no matter if the task was small or big. Team work was something that was instilled in me during my time in the military, because there is no āIā in team. Upon exiting the military, I transitioned into the roofing industry as an office administrator where I worked closely with each salesman on their roofing projects to make sure that everything ran smoothly. This included working alongside insurance companies, scheduling of materials, crews and necessary equipment for job sites amongst many other tasks. Making your roofing project run smoothly starts with clear communication all the way from the ordering of materials to the scheduling of the job with the crew and making sure that the job is supervised in a safe manner. My passion has always been to make sure that every home owner is 100% satisfied with the workmanship provided and that they feel like family.
