About Megan
Megan Foster joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2026 as Lead Coordinator at the Buda office. While she is new to the roofing industry, she brings strong organizational and support experience that plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Before joining Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal, Megan supported a nonprofit Nurse Practitioner organization, where she assisted multiple departments and helped coordinate conferences and large-scale events. Her role required constant communication, detailed planning, and making sure every team member had what they needed to succeed. That behind-the-scenes support is something she takes pride in.
As Lead Coordinator, Megan focuses on keeping processes organized and ensuring both customers and coworkers are supported from start to finish. She tracks details, manages communication, and helps maintain a steady workflow so projects move forward without unnecessary confusion or delays. Even though roofing may be new territory, coordination and service are not.
Her main area of expertise is supporting her team and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. She understands that a strong operation depends on clear communication and follow-through. If something needs to be handled, she makes sure it gets done.
