About Matt
Matt Garza joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in October of 2025 and brings 19 years of roofing experience to the Marble Falls and Highland Lakes area. Roofing is not just part of his background. It is what he has built his career on from day one. That kind of long-term, hands-on experience shows up in how he approaches every project.
Matt is GAF certified, TPO certified, and certified by Polyglass, giving him experience across multiple roofing systems and manufacturer standards. While he is well-versed in a range of materials, his main expertise is residential roofing, with a strong focus on metal systems. He understands how different materials perform in Texas conditions and what it takes to install them correctly for long-term durability.
Serving in both a Superintendent and Sales Consultant role, Matt bridges the gap between what is promised and what gets delivered. He is involved from the initial conversation through project execution, helping ensure expectations are clear and the finished product matches what was discussed. His background allows him to see both the big picture and the small details that can make or break a job.

Once the team removed the shingles, there were at least 4 layers of the underlayment material, which made getting the roof ready for new shingles take a bit longer.
