About Jeff
Jeff Huggins joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2021, bringing 30 years of roofing experience to homeowners and commercial property owners across South Texas and the Hill Country. Over the course of his career, he has worked with companies such as Restoration Builders Inc. and Boling Roofs, gaining deep experience in both residential and commercial roofing systems.
Jeff’s background covers flat and pitched roofing alike. From traditional shingle systems on homes to low-slope commercial applications, he understands how different materials perform in Texas heat, high winds, and heavy rain. That range of experience allows him to evaluate each roof based on its structure, purpose, and long-term durability rather than offering a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
With three decades in the industry, Jeff has seen just about every type of roofing issue you can imagine. Storm damage, aging materials, installation errors from past contractors, ventilation problems. He approaches each inspection with a trained eye and a practical mindset, focused on identifying the true condition of the roof and what makes sense moving forward.
