Jacob Taggart joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2023 and now serves as Branch Manager for the Highland Lakes area, bringing 27 years of industry experience to homeowners and property owners across the Greater Austin area. His career spans general contracting, production management, and hands-on installation work, giving him a well-rounded understanding of every stage a roofing project goes through.
That background as a general contractor and production manager means Jacob has seen projects from both sides of the table, managing crews and schedules while also understanding what it takes to install a system correctly the first time. It’s a combination that shapes how he leads his branch and how he approaches every customer’s property.
His main area of expertise is all exterior repairs. Whether it’s roofing, gutters, or the broader exterior systems that protect a home or business, Jacob brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to identifying what a property actually needs.
