About Isi
Isi Sekula joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2012 and brings 42 years of commercial roofing and construction experience to projects across Austin, San Antonio, South Texas, and the Gulf Coast. With more than four decades in the industry, he has estimated and managed jobs of every size, from smaller specialty projects to large-scale commercial roofing systems.
Isi’s background is rooted in commercial roofing and construction, with deep experience in both estimating and project management. He understands the numbers behind a job just as well as the field execution. That balance allows him to develop realistic budgets, identify potential challenges early, and guide projects from concept to completion with steady oversight.
He has specialized training in sheet metal and single-ply installation across multiple systems. That technical foundation is especially important in commercial roofing, where drainage, flashing details, penetrations, and long-term performance can make or break a project. Isi knows that the details determine whether a roof simply looks good on day one or performs reliably for decades.
His main area of expertise is taking problem roofs and turning them into long-lasting finished systems.
