Elliott Thompson joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2017 and brings more than 20 years of construction and roofing experience to projects across the Greater Austin area. His background dates back to 1997, working in both commercial construction and custom residential builds, giving him a deep understanding of how structures are put together from the ground up.
Over the years, Elliott has developed extensive experience across a wide range of roofing systems, including composition shingles, metal, tile, EPDM, TPO, slate, and liquid-applied coatings. That versatility allows him to evaluate different roof types with confidence and recommend solutions based on real-world performance, not guesswork.
His primary area of expertise is roof evaluation, leak diagnostics, and repair. Elliott has a strong ability to track down the source of issues that are not always obvious, then determine the most effective way to fix them. Whether a roof needs targeted repairs or a full replacement, he focuses on finding the option that makes the most sense for the property.
