About Dane
Dane Hurt joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2024 as Videographer, bringing 20 years of industry experience to projects across the Austin, Buda, and Marble Falls area. Before joining Ja-Mar, he worked for a sports media company and previously owned his own video production company, creating commercial video content for brands including H-E-B, PECU, and many others.
Dane is a licensed drone operator and holds a film degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. That combination of formal training and hands-on commercial experience shapes how he approaches every video he creates, from concept through final edit.
His main area of expertise is videography. Dane brings a filmmaker’s eye to every project, whether he is capturing a completed roofing job, telling a customer’s story, or introducing the team to the community.
What Dane enjoys most about working at Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal is being surrounded by positive, happy, and uplifting people who are independent in their own right while always lifting each other up.
