Charlie Ragsdale joined Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2025 and brings 30 years of construction experience, including 12 years in property inspections and roofing evaluation, to homeowners across North Austin, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Jonestown, and Lago Vista. His background as a self-employed residential and commercial inspector gives him a trained eye for identifying issues that others might miss.
Charlie holds certifications through AHIT and InterNACHI and is a licensed Texas (TREC) inspector, which means he approaches every roof with a detailed, inspection-first mindset. He focuses on understanding the full condition of a property before making recommendations, helping customers get a clear picture of what is actually needed and why.
His main area of expertise is inspections. Whether evaluating storm damage, checking for wear and tear, or reviewing a roof before a sale, Charlie takes the time to assess the details carefully. That foundation helps ensure the right solution is recommended, not just the quickest one.
